ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES:

Current Annual Family Pass Members shall receive a 50% discount on Youth Program Fees for all Rouzie Rec Center Programs including: Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Cheer, Baseball, and Softball.

*T-Ball –Ages 5-6 - Parent Mtg. May 16, 5:00 pm

  • Boys and Girls ages 5-6 as of May 1
  • Practice begins week of June 6
  • Emphasis on skill development.  Need glove. 
  • *Fee:  $30 per player (includes t-shirt)

*Midget Baseball –Ages 7-9 - Parent Mtg. May 16, 5:30 pm

  • Boys and Girls ages 7-9 as of May 1
  • Practice begins week of June 6
  • Emphasis on skill development, coach or machine pitch. 
  • Need glove.  Will travel on bus to games 
  • *Fee:  $35 per player (includes t-shirt)

*Little League Baseball- Ages 10-12 - Parent Mtg. May 16, 6:00 pm

  • Boys and Girls ages 10-12 as of May 1
  • Practice begins week of May 29
  • Emphasis on skill development and position learning.  Need glove.  Will travel on bus to games 
  • *Fee:  $40 per player

*Girls Softball – Ages 11-14 - Parent Mtg. May 16, 6:30 pm

  • Ages 10 - 14 as of May 1
  • Practice begins week of May 29
  • Will travel on bus to games.  Emphasis on skill building and position development.
  • *Fee:  $40 per player

*Babe Ruth Baseball-Ages 13-15 -Parent Mtg. May 16, 7:00 pm

  • Ages 13-15 as of May 1
  • Practice begins week of May 29
  • Emphasis on skill building and competition. 
  • Need glove.  Will travel on bus to games 
  • *Fee:  $40 per player

Tackle Football-   Grades 4-6

  • Equipment Checkout – Early August
  • Practice starts August 6th.
  • Fees: *$65 plus a separate check for $150 deposit
  • Season runs thru September.

Cheer-  Grades 4-6.

  • Football Cheer Register by mid-August.
  • Boys Basketball Cheer Register by end of September.
  • Fees: *$25 one or both, plus cost of shoes, plus Uniform Deposit of $50.

Girls Basketball-  Girls grades 4-6.

  • Registration ends/Practice Starts mid-August . Practice & Games are Mon, Tue, Thu after school and runs thru early October.
  • Fees: *$25

Boys Basketball-  Boys grades 4-6.

  • Registration ends/Practice Starts early October.  Practice & Games are Mon, Tue, Thu after school and runs thru November.
  • Fees: *$25

Girls Volleyball-  Girls grades 4-6.

  • Registration ends/Practice Starts early March.  Practice & Games are Mon, Tue, Thu after school and runs thru April.
  • Fees: *$25

Fun & Fitness with Heidi-

  • F4 for Boys and Girls Ages 5-8
  • Supervised Play for Boys & Girls Ages 3-4
    • Fees:   $40 for 4-week session 1 day/week
  • Tumbling for Boys and Girls Ages 9-12  
    • Fees:  $65 for 4-week session 1/day/week
  • Supervised Junge Gym for boys and girls Ages 5-12
    • Fees:  $25 for 4-week session 1/day/week

*Program qualified for a 50% discount on fees with a current Annual Family Membership to the Rouzie Rec Center.

Refund Policy:  If a program is canceled, a full refund will be issued in the form of a check.  No refunds will be given once a program has started.

Rosters and Fees Due at Captain’s Meeting.  Late Entries shall pay an additional $100 per team effective 2/1/2015.  

Adult Coed Softball

  • Captain’s Meeting Wed., May 16, 2018, 7:30 p.m. Rec Center Stage.
  • Play Monday’s in June & July.
  • Team Fee: $400 ($500 after May 16)

Coed Volleyball—Wed. League

  • Adult Coed Volleyball is played on Wednesday Evenings.  
  • Registration Ends/Captain's Meeting:  1st Wed in September 
  • Play begins September and runs nine weeks, including tourney.
  • Fees:  $300 per team

Women’s Volleyball—

Wed. League - Played on Wednesday Evenings.  Note Comp or Rec on roster and league size will determine divisions.  

  • Registration Ends/Captain's Meeting:  3rd Wednesday in December 5:00 pm.
  • Play begins January and runs nine weeks, including tourney.
  • Fees:  $300 per team

Thu. League - Played on Thursday Evenings.  Note Comp or Rec on roster and league size will determine divisions.

Men’s Basketball - Wed. League

COACHES & OFFICIALS NEEDED

Coaches, Football, Basketball, and Volleyball Officials are paid positions.  If you have experience, an interest in helping develop the youth of our community or would like to be involved,  contact Bowman Parks and Recreation. 

 


YOUTH PROGRAM VOLUNTEERS

Youth Recreation Programs require volunteers to help with many different activities. The following volunteer postions are available:
    >> Team Moms
    >> After School Program Board of Directors
    >> Activity Leaders, snack providers, homework tutors, cleanup

If you are interested in helping with any of the programs, please complete an application and contact Chanell at 523-3896.

Registration forms are available at the Rec Center and online.
No Phone registrations will be accepted.
Fees are due at the time of registration. Cash and Check are accepted.
Participation will not be allowed until fees are paid.
