General Information

Tax season begins January 1st when taxes are due. A 5% discount allowed on real estate and mobile home taxes if paid in full on or before February 15th. Discounts does not apply to specials.

Taxes may be paid in installments of not less than 10% of tax. First installment of current real estate due by March 1st. 2nd installment due by October 15th. Taxes collected January 1, are for the
previous calendar year.

1st Installment and all Specials	2nd Installments
March 1st - 3%	Penalty on October 16th - 6%
May 1st - 6%
July 1st - 9%
October 16th - 12%
