Water Rates

$3.50 per thousand gallons
$10 a thousand for Bulk Water

The City provides a Water Salesman for the purchase of bulk water located at 3rd Ave NE (by the City/County Shop)

Sewer Rates

$10 for the first 7,000 and 40 cents a thousand thereafter

Transferring a Utility bill

For changes in utility services, please contact the City Auditors Office -701-523-3309

All renters are required to make a $100 activation fee upon moving into a rental place. This fee is returned, less any bill owed, when the renter leaves the rental property.
